Hardship Utilities Grant Scheme (HUGS)

Where payment arrangements and other support options haven't been enough, you could be eligible for help through the Department of Communities HUGS program.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you could receive up to $1,060 per financial year, depending on where you live. If you're eligible, we can help get the HUGS application started for you.

Sunshine Saver offers guaranteed bill savings if you're an eligible concession card holder or renter.

It's available in Cue, Esperance, Meekatharra, Norseman, Sandstone, Wiluna and Yalgoo.
